If any of you have information you would like added to the agenda, please provide it to me for inclusion.  If you are going to be at the meeting to present your info., it can be bullet points you send me, or if you won’t be present, and want the board to present, please give me enough detail so that we can present your items. Also, if you miss getting on the Agenda, we can still look to add you in last minute!  We so appreciate YOU!
