The Piru Neighborhood Council (PNC) is a volunteer, non-profit elected body that works with neighboring cities, county government and residents to provide the unincorporated areas with a well-maintained, crime-free community offering services that enhance the quality of life and provide opportunities for people of all ages.

OUR MISSION

PNC’ s primary purpose is to promote better living conditions, better education, improved housing, and a greater participation in community affairs by the people of Piru and vicinity.
